Program Director (Coaching) - Hiring/Training/Culture

**BONUS** - 12 Early Childhood Education units ($200 signing bonus if completed already!)

Onboarding, Training & Evaluating excellent coaches
Run Coach team meetings, trainings and special events
Projecting a positive company image to the public
Provide support to Admins as directed
Brand Ambassador to existing partners (Schools/Parks)
Assisting scheduling coaches
15-20 Hours (Non-Coaching) weekly/avg
8am-12pm SAT (4 Hours)
8am-12pm SUN (4 Hours)
6-12 Weekday Hours flexible depending on availability

WHAT YOU GET:

$25-$30 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Training $20 per hour, Head Coaching starting at $25 per hour
$200 signing bonus for completed (approved) 12 Early Childhood Education units

WHAT YOU NEED:

Soccer Shots Coaches must love children and be ready to have fun!
Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License (we drive all over San Diego County)
Cleared background check
Immunizations (TB test, MMR, Tdap)
Employment is contingent on cleared FBI & DOJ Livescan background check
